Music at HPC
Hartsville Presbyterian Church is deeply committed to excellence in music as we worship the Lord. The congregation joins together to sing psalms, hymns, and songs of praise during every Sunday worship service, accompanied by a variety of instruments. The Adult Choir rehearse weekly and regularly sing in our morning worship service. Children enjoy musical education through Children's Choir, which regularly sings on Sunday mornings.

Job Opening: Piano Accompanist
Job Title: Piano Accompanist for Morning Worship
Start: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Provide piano accompaniment during Sunday morning worship services, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for our congregation.
Collaborate with musicians, choir director, and pastor for song selection and preparation, enhancing the overall worship experience.
Potentially expand role to playing for evening choir practice and evening worship services as needed and if the fit is right.
Qualifications:
Christian profession of faith and member in good standing of an evangelical church
Proficient piano skills with the ability to play various styles of music.
Ability to play hymns out of the Trinity Hymnal, our own HPC Songbook and accompany congregational singing.
Commitment to punctuality and reliability for Sunday services.
Schedule: Sundays, occasional special services
